Choose by group size

  • 1 to 3 people: executive sedan
  • 4 to 6 people: executive SUV
  • 7 to 14 people: Sprinter or Sprinter limo
  • 15 to 28 people: minibus or party bus
  • 29 to 56 people: charter bus or motorcoach
  • 57 or more: multiple coaches in a coordinated convoy

Choose by occasion

Airport and cruise

Pick by luggage first. SUVs and Sprinters for families and small groups, and coaches with underfloor bays for large groups.

Weddings

A sedan or SUV for the couple, a Sprinter limo for the wedding party and shuttle buses for guests.

Nights out and celebrations

A party bus or Sprinter limo keeps the group together between stops.

Corporate

Sedans and SUVs for executives, Sprinters for teams and coaches for offsites and conventions.

Long distance

Charter buses and motorcoaches offer the most comfort and luggage space for trips to Orlando, Miami and beyond.

A note on cost

Larger vehicles cost more per hour but less per seat. For groups above 14, a minibus or coach usually beats several SUVs on price and keeps everyone on one schedule. For typical rates, see charter bus costs and party bus prices in Tampa.

Frequently asked questions

Is a Sprinter the same as a limo?

Not exactly. A Sprinter is a large, high-roof van. A Sprinter limo adds limousine-style seating and finishes. Both seat more people than a traditional stretch limousine.

What is the difference between a party bus and a charter bus?

A charter bus has forward-facing seats and luggage bays for travel. A party bus has perimeter seating and an open layout for celebrating between stops.

Which is cheapest per person?

For large groups, a full charter bus usually has the lowest cost per seat.
