Frequently asked questions
Do you charge hourly or a flat rate?
Both. Airport and one-way trips are usually quoted as a flat point-to-point rate. Events and nights out are booked hourly, with the chauffeur waiting between stops.
Will the chauffeur wait if we run late?
On hourly bookings, yes, your chauffeur stays with you. On point-to-point trips, a grace period is included and extra waiting time is billed after that. We will confirm the details in your quote.
Do you provide prom transportation?
Yes. We work directly with parents on the itinerary, and alcohol is never permitted.
Can I book a limo for the airport?
Yes. Sedans and SUVs are our most popular airport vehicles, with flight tracking included.
Do you have child car seats?
Let us know when you book how many children are riding and their ages, and we will tell you what we can provide.
