Choosing the right size
| Vehicle | Seats | Good fit for |
|---|---|---|
| Sprinter limo | up to 14 | Small bachelorette groups, birthday dinners |
| Minibus | up to 28 | Mid-size parties, game-day crews |
| Larger bus | 29 and up | Big celebrations, company parties |
Count everyone who is actually riding, then leave a couple of open seats. Not sure which fits? Our vehicle comparison guide walks through it.
How to plan the night
Map your stops
Give us your pickup address, each stop and roughly how long you plan to stay. We build the route and timing so you are not paying for time spent circling for parking.
Set the end time
Party buses are booked by the hour, usually with a minimum on weekends. Decide your last drop-off before the night starts so it does not turn into a surprise overtime charge.
Know the rules
Anyone drinking must be 21 or older, and we never allow alcohol on rides for prom, homecoming or other underage groups. Ask us about our onboard policy when you book.
Book early for big dates
Gasparilla weekend, New Year's Eve, prom season and big game days book out weeks or months ahead.
Party bus pricing
Price depends on the vehicle size, the day of the week, the number of hours and your route. Friday and Saturday nights and major events carry longer minimums. We break down typical Tampa rates and how to split the cost per person in our guide: Party bus prices in Tampa.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes. Weekend and event-night bookings carry a longer minimum than weeknights. We will confirm the exact minimum for your date when we quote.
Can we make multiple stops?
Yes. Plan as many stops as your hours allow. Share them when you book and we will build the timing around them.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Adults 21 and over can ask about our onboard beverage policy when booking. Alcohol is never allowed on rides for underage groups.
Can we decorate the bus?
Small decorations are usually fine if they come off cleanly and leave no residue. Ask us first, and skip confetti and glitter.
How far ahead should we book for Gasparilla?
As early as you can. Many groups book two to three months ahead, and vehicles on parade day go fast.
